The story behind LM House holiday apartments is a recent one and began with the idea of the owner, 30 year-old Luca. He lives in the courtyard complex in Lonato.

In 2015 Luca decided to try and rent the apartment on the first floor of the building in which he lived in Lonato del Garda, after the previous tenant left. He decided to change some things, completely re-doing the bathroom and furnishing it with furniture that he already owned. He then began to welcome the tourists and sports enthusiasts who love Lake Garda and its attractions. Given the success of the first year, 2016, he decided to renovate an old ruin situated in the courtyard of his building, thereby constructing three apartments, each one with an independent entrance, and with a total accommodation capacity of 14 people. In December 2016 he also completely renovated the first original holiday rental apartment, furnishing it in the same style as the others, and embellishing it with beautiful wall decor in every room. Given the large size of the apartment he added a bed and increased its capacity so that it can now accommodate 7 people.
